This presentation offers leaders (educators) an opportunity to evaluate their leadership style in supporting staff and students who have had a history of trauma. Whether that trauma stems from childhood or current nursing practice, this presentation gives tools and guides leaders in understanding how they can be more supportive and understanding to staff or students that may responding from their trauma history and how to take that into account.
