A large Midwest community college system School of Nursing analyzed data obtained through surveys, college records, and testing resources to determine and prioritize factors with greatest impact on student outcomes for strategic intervention implementation. It is recommended that the analysis of strategically identified nursing student data should be utilized for each incoming nursing admission cohort to determine and prioritize student focused factors with greatest impact on NCLEX-RN outcomes. The result could be improved student success on NCLEX.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will identify factors that may contribute to NCLEX Pass Rate outcomes.
Participants will identify strategies to measure the relative degree of impact of each contributing factor of NCLEX Pass Rate outcomes.
Participants will be able to prioritize contributing factors for best impact on outcomes.
