Deb Smith, MSN, RNC is a dedicated healthcare professional and educator with over two decades of experience in nursing and healthcare education. She currently serves as the Associate Dean of Allied Health and Director of Nursing at North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) in Wahpeton, ND. In this role, Deb oversees the development and implementation of nursing curricula and leads initiatives to improve educational outcomes for nursing students.
