Courtney began her journey at Unbound Medicine over 10 years ago supporting customer needs and performing quality analysis on their mobile products. She then moved into a sales consultant role matching customer needs with software solutions, followed by a Sales Engineer role supporting those same customers.

For the past 2 years, Courtney has held the role of Content Solutions Manager where she gets to work closely with the sales consultant team, supporting our customers to ensure they get the best experience possible with Unbound Medicine. Lately, Courtney has played a key role in preparing nurse educators for the use of Generative AI in their programs.
