On the heels of an accreditation visit the nursing program found itself in the position of missing documentation due to faculty turnover. All the hardcopy paperwork disappeared with the faculty member and now the program was left with no data. How can a nursing program with several campuses possibly keep up with all the necessary paperwork for accreditation with faculty turnover?
