Dr. Diane L. Wagster Penne is a dedicated nursing educator with over 23 years of experience in the nursing field. Currently, she serves as a Nursing Faculty at Butte College in Oroville, CA, where she teaches in an accelerated ADN-RN program. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in nursing education, Dr. Diane L. Wagster Penne is committed to preparing the next generation of nurses by blending academic rigor with real-life clinical scenarios, ensuring that her students are well-equipped for the complexities of modern healthcare.
Throughout her career, Dr. Diane L. Wagster Penne has been recognized for her forward thinking as well as her dedication to staff and student success. She is passionate about using her extensive experience to mentor students and guide them in their transition from the classroom to the clinical environment.
Dr. Diane L. Wagster Penne is excited to participate in the OADN and looks forward to sharing her insights and learning from fellow professionals.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with my children and husband, and relaxing whenever she can.
