Aryah Williams MSN, RN, CNE is a full-time Associate Professor of Nursing at Rappahannock Community College. She has been a registered nurse for 10 years and has a background as a charge nurse on a cardiovascular telemetry floor and a substitute school nurse. After teaching adjunct for RCC for several years, she joined the program as a full-time nursing educator in 2020. As a Certified Nurse Educator, she holds a Masters Degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University and an Associates Degree in Nursing from Rappahannock Community College. Her work at the college focuses on preparing senior level nursing students to utilize strong clinical judgment skills at the bedside as new graduate nurses. She has overseen senior level preceptorship and post-graduation mentorship for each graduating class since she joined the RCC nursing team.
