Nancy Perry is the founding program director for the associate degree program at Carroll Community College. She has served as Secretary and currently is Chair of the Maryland Organization of Associate Degree Nursing. Additionally, she served as the Chair of the Maryland Association of Associate Degree Nursing Educators. Dr. Perry was an OADN Board member from 2016-2018. She previously served on a hospital board and brings opinions about nursing to lay members to assist the board members to make decisions that advance the nursing profession in that facility. Dr. Perry graduated from the Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, the University of Maryland and Duquesne University. Nancy retired as Professor Emeritus at Carroll Community College in May 2024.
